Delete in the app (instant)
- Open Garba Partner and log in with your Google account.
- Tap the Me tab at the bottom.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete to confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away and you are logged out.
Can't use the app?
Email info@intechualsolutions.com with the subject "Garba Partner account deletion" and include the mobile number registered on your account. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm that you own the number. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile and all profile details
- All your photos, including any still being checked
- Garba requests you sent or received, and your matches
- Chats you were part of, including the messages in them
- Your block list, daily usage counters and subscription records
- Your login (Google account email, or the mobile number used by early accounts)
What is kept, and for how long
- Reports made by you or about you are kept for up to 90 days for community safety, then deleted automatically.
- Technical server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- Google Play keeps its own record of any purchase under Google's policies.
Have a Plus subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel in the Google Play Store app › your profile icon › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions › Garba Partner Plus › Cancel.
